At Qwynn Clothing you will only find unique, stand out and exclusive prints.
All items are handmade with a turn around time ( PLEASE SEE PRE ORDER PRINTS FOR CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME) not inlucing shipping time. The turn around may be higher during busy periods and current pandemic. So please see further deatails below.
PRODUCTS;
Each garment is hand cut & handmade this can mean same size items may vary in 1-2cm difference.
SHIPPING;
I am jst highlihting this here, PLEASE DO NOT USE bow box postage for anything other than bows. Thank you.
Shipping is a flate rate using Royal Mail.
I offer standard or tracked/Signed for delivery you can choose this at the check out. If you choose signed for you can track your parcel from when it leaves me to when it is out for delivery. However if you choose standard items will be posted first class with a proof of postage.
Once posted please allow up to 14 working days. If you havent recieved your items with in this time please email me at Qwynnclothing@yahoo.com with your name and order number.
OPEN BOX;
Open box option is there for those who like to buy over a period of time; building a box saving on postage. When checking out choose the open box option & when you are ready to close your box contact me via E-MAIL, Facebook or Instagram to pay postage. These are popular here at QC.
RETURNS POLICY;
All items are custom made, meaning I do not pre make stock, I unfortunately do not accept returns on items which are custom made for example you request a age 2-3 waist on a 3-4 leggings; unless I myself have made the mistake, in which you must contact me at Qwynnclothing@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note when ordering sizes must be taken into consideration along with the turn around time.
Items may be retuned if unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Shipping will be the buyers responsibility for returning items unless it is a faulty item which will need to be retuned via Royal Mail tracked. Once we have inspected the item that is when a refund will be started.
WASHING;
All clothing are to be washed at 30 degrees, inside out and not to be tumble dried. If you choose to wash higher or tumble dry this may cause shrinking or breakage of the fabric in which I take no responsibility for.
All fabrics used here at Qwynn Clothing are a high quality stretch jersey printed fabric. 95% cotton and 5% lycra. Sweaters are a high quality french terry which is a slightly thicker loop backed jersey.
